STOP SPEEDING IN SCHOOL ZONES

Coach Kidd and Libby Jo teamed up with WOWK to bring awareness to speeding in school zones.

During the morning of April 28, Charleston Police wrote 17 tickets to drivers on McCorkle Ave in Kanawha City.

Then, after the "school zone" speed of 15 miles per hour went into effect, police wrote 13 tickets to speeders!

SLOW DOWN! Keep our children safe. No matter the area, wear your seatbelt and respect the speed limits.
